[How-to] Move your cockpit screens to the tablet with one tap (Auto pop-out) 中文

[How-to]Typing on the EFB (airport codes, routes)

When you tap a text field on the EFB, the tablet brings up its own keyboard.

  1. Tap the field; an input bar appears on the tablet.
  2. Type, then tap Done; the text is sent to the field in MSFS.

If the field is in the lower half of the screen, the stream slides up automatically and back down when you're done, so the keyboard never covers it.

[How-to] Touch on the tablet: tap, hold, drag, pinch to zoom

Working the streamed screen is just like using the mouse in the sim, only it feels more like a real touch screen.

  1. Tap = press a key; hold = long press, which repeats (for example, to keep changing the altitude).
  2. One-finger drag: pans the map or scrolls a list; flick a list and it keeps scrolling.
  3. Pinch: zooms the map. On maps that ignore the scroll wheel, such as the G3X Touch, + / − is pressed for you automatically.
  4. If your finger lands next to a small button, the nearest button is picked, so you don't need to be precise.
  5. Tap twice = double-click.
