[Troubleshooting]I bought Pro, but the program still shows Free

Pro is confirmed with the server every time the program starts and kicks in within a few seconds.

  1. Make sure "Settings → Max account" is signed in with the account you paid with.
  2. Make sure the PC can reach the internet. If it can't reach the license server, Pro keeps working for 24 hours, then falls back to Free and comes back automatically once the PC is online again.
  3. Still no change? Close the program and open it again.

When you open Max Flight Deck, there are four tabs on the left: Home, Aircraft, Settings and Diagnostics.

  1. Home: on the left are the address and QR code your tablet connects to; on the right are the system status (MSFS, Community add-on, Windows Firewall, network) and the tablets connected right now.
  2. Aircraft: lists every cockpit screen in the current aircraft with a preview, its pop-out status and its streaming status. "Pop out all" sends every screen to your tablet in one go.
  3. Settings: Community add-on, Max account, version and updates, start at login, keeping the tablet awake, streaming quality and more.
  4. Diagnostics: Self-test (about 5 seconds, doesn't touch your aircraft), the program log, and "Create debug bundle" for reporting problems.

The status bar at the bottom always shows whether MSFS is connected, the add-on status and how many tablets are connected.
