[Tips]Keep your tablet from sleeping on long flights
Turn on "Settings → Keep the tablet screen awake".
On iPad, tap the screen once the first time; it takes effect when "☀ Keep awake" appears in the bottom-right corner (a Safari rule).

When you tap a text field on the EFB, the tablet brings up its own keyboard.
- Tap the field; an input bar appears on the tablet.
- Type, then tap Done; the text is sent to the field in MSFS.
If the field is in the lower half of the screen, the stream slides up automatically and back down when you're done, so the keyboard never covers it.
