Terms of Use and License

These terms cover the Max Flight Deck program for Windows (including the free Max Flight Deck Lite edition), its tablet and browser pages, and Max Flight Deck Pro. By installing or using Max Flight Deck you agree to them. Your Max account is also covered by the Max account terms.

1. What you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Max Flight Deck on computers you own or control, for flight simulation at home. Commercial use (flight schools, events, simulator centres) needs a separate license — write to us.

2. Free and Pro

• Free: all features, one tablet or browser connected at a time. The program shows help pages, tips and promotions.
• Pro: a one-time purchase tied to your Max account. Unlimited tablets and browsers at once, no promotions, and all updates within the major version you bought (for example 2.x). Pro is for one person; you may use it on any of your PCs, one at a time.
• To move Pro to another PC, sign out on the old PC and sign in on the new one.
• Lite: a separate free edition, published on Flightsim.to. One tablet or browser at a time, no account, no purchases; it shows help pages, tips and advertising, and is updated by downloading new versions from Flightsim.to.

3. Account

Using Max Flight Deck requires a free Max account (sign in with Google from the program). Once signed in you get the free version; Pro is an optional upgrade on the same account. Max Flight Deck Lite needs no account: you accept these terms and the privacy policy in the program the first time you start it.

4. Payment

Pro is sold by the operator. Payments are processed by PayPal (worldwide) and NewebPay 藍新金流 (Taiwan); we never see your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars, or in New Taiwan dollars for payments in Taiwan.

5. Updates

The program checks for and installs updates by itself while you are not using it (Max Flight Deck Lite only tells you when a new version is on Flightsim.to). We may change, add or remove features. If a future major version is sold separately, the version you bought keeps working.

6. Your network and your data

Max Flight Deck serves its pages only to devices on your local network and only streams MSFS windows unless you allow more. Use it on a private network you trust and do not forward its port to the internet. Each recorded flight (its telemetry, events, scorecard and, if you make one, the ATC log as text) is saved to our server — with your Max account, or in Max Flight Deck Lite under an anonymous key for your PC; audio recordings are never uploaded. 7. Things you may not do

• Share, resell or rent your Pro account, or bypass the license checks.
• Reverse engineer the program except where the law allows it.
• Use it for real-world aviation, navigation or training credit.

8. Simulation only — no warranty

Max Flight Deck is provided "as is". It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Asobo Studio, Garmin or any aircraft maker; product names belong to their owners. Never use it for real flight. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro.

9. Ending

You can stop using Max Flight Deck at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), with the Taipei District Court as first-instance court, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived — those rights always apply.
