14-day no-questions refund. If Max Flight Deck Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back — no reason needed.

How

1. Reply to your purchase receipt e-mail, or write to max@boyu.tw with your order number.
2. We refund through PayPal or PAYUNi to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
3. Pro is turned off on your account when the refund is processed; the free version keeps working.

After 14 days

We look at each case. If a technical problem we cannot fix stops Max Flight Deck from working on your setup, we will refund you.

Consumer law

This policy adds to — and never reduces — the rights your local consumer law gives you, such as the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK.
