Max Services Privacy Policy
Version: 2026-11-08 | Effective date: November 8, 2026
This policy also serves as the notice required by Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Who we are
Ni Zui Da Service Marketing Co., Ltd. (你最大服務行銷有限公司; Taiwan business ID 53774088; 3F, No. 201, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan) ("we", "us"). Contact: max@boyu.tw.
2. Purposes of collection
Specific purposes under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, as published by the Ministry of Justice:
- 069 Contracts, quasi-contracts and other legal relationships (providing member services)
- 090 Consumer and customer management and service
- 040 Marketing
- 135 Information and communication services
- 136 Information, communication and database management
- 157 Surveys, statistics and research analysis
3. Categories of data we collect

During a trial, trial days and product data are stored only on your device (browser storage or the program folder) and are not sent to us.
ATC transcripts may contain radio calls of other users or controllers you heard on online flight simulation networks (such as VATSIM). We use them only to debrief your flight and improve the services, and never publish them.
4. Retention, location, recipients and methods
- Retention: from registration until you delete your account. After deletion, consent records are kept for 5 years with the email removed, as proof that we obtained your consent. Max Flight Deck flight data is kept until you delete your account. The free version deletes the track and full audio recording from your computer once the upload is complete (the score card and speech clips are kept so you can generate ATC transcripts on your computer).
- Location: Taiwan, and the locations of the service providers below (mainly the United States).
- Recipients: us, and service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (sign-in, database, server computing, flight data storage)
- A2 Hosting (website hosting and anonymous statistics for promotional content)
- Email delivery provider (its name will be published in this policy when enabled)
- Cloudflare (domain and network services)
- Google AdSense (website advertising; see Section 9)
- Google Analytics (website statistics; see Section 9)
- Methods: collected, processed and used by automated or non-automated means, including sharing your member data across our services so that one account works for all of them.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. Service messages
- Under purposes 040 and 090, we may use your identification data to send service messages as described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.
- Under Article 20 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may refuse such use at any time. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may also email us to stop; we will stop once we receive your request.
- Where the law of your region requires prior consent (e.g. GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we send such messages only after obtaining your consent.
6. Publicity permission
When you register, you grant us permission under Section 6 of the Terms of Service to publicly use your nickname, profile picture and results in our promotion. You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing max@boyu.tw; withdrawing does not affect your use of the services.
7. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may, regarding your personal data:
- Inquire about or request to review it
- Request a copy
- Request supplements or corrections
- Request that we stop collecting, processing or using it
- Request deletion
You can also delete your account directly in your account settings. Users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom additionally have the GDPR rights to data portability, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. If you do not provide data
You can use the services during the trial period without registering. After the trial ends, you will not be able to continue using a service unless you provide the identification data required for registration.
Uploading flight data is a condition of using Max Flight Deck (Section 3-1 of the Terms of Service); if you do not agree, you will not be able to use Max Flight Deck.
9. Device storage and cookies
The services use browser storage (localStorage) to record trial days, sign-in status and how often promotional content has been shown. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.
Website statistics: the boyu.tw website uses Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, device type, approximate region, referring site). We use it only to improve the site, not to identify you. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising and third-party cookies: the boyu.tw website uses Google AdSense to show ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this website and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Personal data such as your member account and quiz history is not shared with advertising providers.
10. Minors
The services are not directed at anyone under 18. Services involving dating, relationships or adult topics are only for users aged 18 or over.
11. Data security
We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit and the principle of least privilege. Consent records are written only by our servers and cannot be read or modified by any client-side program.
12. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes to this policy in the services; material changes will be notified to you by email or in-service notice.
